About the Role

Greenlight Financial Technology is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager to lead the optimization of its digital customer journey, aiming to drive significant revenue growth through conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) enhancements. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's mission to help parents raise financially smart kids is supported by a seamless and engaging online experience. The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing, product, engineering, analytics, and lifecycle teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of CRO principles, UX design, and the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform marketing strategies. Experience in managing MarTech stacks and marketing tracking implementations is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies focused on CRO and UX optimization to increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer journey touchpoints to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, implement, and analyze A/B testing and experimentation plans to validate hypotheses and inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the MarTech stack to ensure efficient and effective marketing operations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in growth marketing, CRO, and UX to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making within the marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-positive marketing investments.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth marketing, product growth, or performance UX roles.
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates through experimentation and UX optimizations.
  • Hands-on experience managing MarTech stacks and marketing tracking implementations.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, analytics, and lifecycle teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience working in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
