About the Role
The Growth Marketing Manager position at Happy Koala LLC represents a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced digital marketing professional to join a dynamic team in Armenia. This role is pivotal in driving the company's ecommerce optimization and CRO strategies, aiming to enhance the customer journey, increase conversion rates, and ultimately boost revenue. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.As a key member of the marketing team, the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. This will involve leveraging a range of digital marketing tools and technologies to optimize the customer experience across all touchpoints. The role also entails collaborating with the product development team to ensure that marketing insights are integrated into the product roadmap, thereby enhancing the company's competitive edge.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive ecommerce growth and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website elements and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product team to integrate marketing insights into product development.
- Manage and optimize the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms.
- Create and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly defined audience.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, CRO, and ecommerce optimization.
- Manage and optimize the email marketing strategy, including content creation and list growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a focus on ecommerce and CRO.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and other optimization technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Certification in Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms.
