About the Role

The Growth Marketing Manager position at ESM Insite is a pivotal role designed to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue acceleration across the full customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic thinker who enjoys building scalable systems from the ground up and is comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional partners across Service, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to design and execute growth programs that directly impact revenue.

As a key member of the marketing team, the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning growth across the full funnel, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue. This involves designing, executing, and analyzing experiments across paid, organic, lifecycle, and emerging channels to drive pipeline and revenue growth. The role blends strategy, execution, experimentation, and analytics, requiring a professional who is both creative and data-driven.

What You Will Do

  • Own growth across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition to revenue
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments across multiple marketing channels
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and affiliate partnerships
  • Partner with Service and Customer Success to improve onboarding, activation, and conversion rates throughout the customer journey
  • Build and optimize lifecycle programs across email, in-app messaging, onboarding, and reactivation campaigns
  • Define, track, and report on core growth metrics including CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, churn, ARPU, and conversion rates
  • Develop dashboards, attribution models, and forecasting frameworks to support executive-level decision making
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate experimentation, scale output, and improve marketing efficiency
  • Support the development of high-quality content including computer-based trainings, case studies, website content, and other marketing assets
  • Organize and map ESM’s compliance content library within the INSITE SaaS platform to align with the AI Agent

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives
  • Strong experimentation mindset with experience designing and analyzing tests across multiple channels
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and content-driven growth programs
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with data to inform marketing decisions
  • Experience working with Google Ads and other paid media channels
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of content management systems and experience with content organization and mapping
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and B2B marketing
