About the Role
The Growth Marketing Manager position at iwoca is a critical role that will drive the company's digital marketing strategy forward. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts.The marketing team at iwoca is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and this role will require someone who is comfortable working in a remote setting and can effectively communicate with team members across different time zones. You will report to the Head of Marketing and will be expected to provide regular updates on campaign performance and progress towards marketing goals.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid social, search, and display channels
- Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve ROI targets and drive revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement in marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, including media agencies and marketing tech providers
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and progress towards marketing goals
- Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities, including emerging channels and technologies
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and analytics tools to inform marketing decisions
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, including Marketo and Salesforce
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, and a strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Strong knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, including paid social, search, and display
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve ROI targets

- Experience with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of programming languages, including Python and JavaScript
