About the Role
The Growth Marketing Manager position at PT. PERTAMINA Persero is a critical role focused on creating sales qualified opportunities through paid channels for the North American and UK markets. This involves managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, to drive conversion and revenue growth. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to reach target audiences in North America and the UK.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI, conducting regular analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and implement A/B testing plans to continually enhance campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Design, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns, ensuring all campaigns are appropriately targeted and aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand sales qualified leads and develop marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to track campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to improve campaign strategies and outcomes.
- Manage and maintain marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, and CRM systems like Salesforce, to streamline marketing processes and enhance customer engagement.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong expertise in SEM (Google Ads) and social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing online campaigns, with a focus on paid media.
- Data-focused mindset with strong analytical skills, able to interpret campaign data to inform future marketing strategies.
- Attention to detail, ensuring all campaigns are launched without errors and are continuously monitored for performance.
- Ability to work autonomously, making decisions based on data analysis and marketing insights.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise reports and campaign proposals.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing is a plus, though not required.
