About the Role
The Growth Marketing Manager position at Apryse is a pivotal role that entails developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. As part of a dynamic team, the Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.Day-to-day responsibilities will include staying abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, managing and optimizing campaign budgets across various channels, and collaborating with the product team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product roadmaps. What You Will Do
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, and content marketing
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the product team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets to meet ROI goals
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continually improve campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are supporting sales objectives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer journey and buyer persona
- Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities and channels
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a growth marketing or similar role
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Experience managing and optimizing budgets for maximum ROI
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus
