What You Will Do

  • Identify and qualify conversion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base, utilizing HubSpot and Excel to analyze customer data and behavior.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of additional features, higher plans, or complementary products, aiming to generate a qualified expansion pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Account Executives team to hand off identified opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing sales potential.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, data-driven retention motions that support customer success and growth with iubenda.
  • Implement targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns to support lifecycle and expansion efforts, working closely with Growth and Lifecycle Marketing teams.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and refine outreach sequences, messaging, and engagement strategies based on customer feedback and performance data.
  • Proactively engage with customers at risk of churn, using email, calls, and LinkedIn to understand their needs and position the right solutions.
  • Document all conversations, outcomes, and customer feedback within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for the team.
  • Analyze product usage signals and CRM data to prioritize accounts and actions, focusing on high-impact activities that drive retention and expansion.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or Growth roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, with proficiency in a third European language (preferably German or Spanish) being a significant advantage.
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong customer-centric approach, with the ability to communicate complex solutions simply and effectively.
