About the Role

The Growth Specialist role at TheFamilyGroup is a unique opportunity to build and own the in-house growth engine from scratch, driving performance marketing across multiple brands. As a key member of the team, you will have direct access to the founders and play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth strategy. As a Growth Specialist, you will be working closely with the brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, setting up and improving tracking and attribution, and analyzing performance data to drive insights and action. You will be responsible for building a structured testing framework for creatives, hooks, and audiences, and for scaling winning campaigns to drive growth and improve customer acquisition costs.

What You Will Do

  • Own and run performance marketing across multiple brands, including Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Build a structured testing framework for creatives, hooks, and audiences
  • Work closely with brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Set up and improve tracking and attribution from the ground up, including Shopify and GA4
  • Analyze performance data deeply and turn insights into action
  • Scale winning campaigns and systematically improve customer acquisition costs
  • Think in funnels and customer journeys, not just channels
  • Collaborate with the founders and other team members to drive growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in performance marketing

What We Are Looking For

  • Several years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search and Shopping), and TikTok Ads
  • Analytical mindset and ability to read numbers, draw conclusions, and test hypotheses
  • Experience with creative testing and iterative optimization
  • Ability to create structure where there is none and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to think like a founder and drive results
  • Experience with Shopify, GA4, and attribution setup is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok Ads and attribution setup
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and funnel optimization
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other relevant platforms
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
