About the Role
The Growth StratOps Associate role at Turing is a high-ownership position that acts as a strategic partner to the Head of Talent Growth. This role is crucial in defining priorities, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring that key growth initiatives translate into measurable outcomes. As a Chief of Staff for Growth, the successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to drive growth strategies.The role is based in India and offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing candidates to leverage their digital skills and experience in remote work environments. What You Will Do
- Define and drive the demand and supply growth roadmap in partnership with the Head of Talent Growth.
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across Demand and Supply verticals.
- Own growth operations, including funnel optimization, automation initiatives, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
- Lead cross-functional programs across product-led, operations-led, and marketing-led growth initiatives.
- Drive structured problem-solving: define hypotheses, run experiments, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
- Ensure alignment and accountability across Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Sales stakeholders.
- Build and track growth metrics, dashboards, and reporting for monthly business reviews.
- Improve the quality and effectiveness of growth funnels, systems, and processes.
- Operate hands-on across analytics, marketing technology, strategy, and execution as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in high-growth startups, strategy, operations, or consulting; experience working with aggressive growth targets or OKRs preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to work with data, extract insights, and translate them into execution plans. SQL is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-structuring and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with high ownership.
- Clear communicator who can align teams, set expectations, and hold owners accountable.
- Ability to work in a remote environment, leveraging digital skills to drive growth strategies.
