About the Role
The Growth and Success Manager role at Medida AI is a high-ownership, high-exposure position that requires a highly resourceful and execution-oriented individual. As a key member of the team, you will work directly with leadership across sales and operations to scale the business, improve operational efficiency, and build a high-performing team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include launching new customers, developing strategic accounts, and creating processes to streamline customer onboarding and product adoption.The role is critical to Medida AI's continued growth and success, and you will have a direct impact on the company's revenue, operational efficiency, and team culture. You will be expected to operate in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and make data-driven decisions to drive business outcomes.

What You Will Do
- Launch new customers and support strategic accounts to drive revenue growth
- Develop content and manage accounts on Medida's new product offerings to improve customer engagement
- Create processes to streamline customer onboarding and product adoption to reduce churn
- Work directly with the CEO on special projects for GTM to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive retention and upsell
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a high-growth tech, early-stage tech, consulting, VC, PE, or IB role
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and navigate rapid change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes
- Experience with customer success and account management to drive retention and upsell
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

- Experience with AI-powered spatial intelligence and computer vision technology
- Knowledge of the construction and real estate industries to drive business outcomes
