About the Role

The Growth Technical Account Manager position at Posthog is a critical role that combines technical expertise with business acumen to drive product success. As a key member of the Product-led Sales team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Posthog's suite of products. The team is led by Simon Fisher, and you will be part of a globally distributed, full-remote team that values autonomy, transparency, and shipping fast.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategic plans to drive product adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize impact. The role requires a deep understanding of digital skills, remote work, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to drive product adoption and revenue growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical account management or sales role
  • Strong understanding of digital skills and remote work
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
