About the Role
As a GTM - AI Native Sales professional at Workos, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to discovery, demos, closing, and expansion. You will work closely with Solutions Engineers and customer-facing engineers to deliver a technical, consultative buying experience. What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, closing, and expansion
- Build pipeline through a mix of outbound, inbound follow-up, and in-person events
- Develop internal champions by selling to a technical audience with a developer-first approach
- Run experiments to improve conversion across top-of-funnel, evaluation, and close
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to drive evaluations forward and create delightful technical buyer experiences
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting
- Share feedback from the field to improve product, positioning, and GTM strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in SaaS sales or a strong foundation in a quota-carrying role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical stakeholders
- High agency and competitiveness, with the ability to create momentum
- Comfort using modern tools, such as AI, automation, and workflow builders, to increase output and quality
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
