Job Description

About the Role

The GTM Analytics Manager plays a critical role in informing Lattice's go-to-market strategy and business decisions. As a key member of the Business Operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze revenue data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will help drive business growth and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, experience working with Salesforce, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining key performance metrics and dashboards, analyzing revenue data, and providing insights to inform decision-making.

Lattice's business operations team is a small, agile group that works closely with various departments to ensure data-driven decisions. As a GTM Analytics Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about driving business growth through data analysis.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making
  • Support and maintain the integrations of our GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.)
  • Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
  • Translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data initiatives and elevate data maturity across the business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our analytics capabilities

What We Are Looking For

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company
  • Strong SQL skills are a must
  • Prior experience with DBT & Looker (or other BI tool) is a strong plus
  • An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
  • Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate data maturity across the business
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and quantitative analyses into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with Salesforce and other GTM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field
