Job Description
About the Role
The GTM Automation Specialist role is a critical component of Talent Hackers' outbound process, responsible for managing the entire cycle from data enrichment to campaign execution. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to drive qualified meetings for clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. The role is based in Nigeria and will involve working with a remote team to achieve shared goals.The day-to-day responsibilities of this position will involve pulling and qualifying leads using tools like Clay, writing compelling outbound copy, and launching sequences in platforms like Instantly and Heyreach. You will also be tasked with optimizing campaigns for maximum replies and bookings, troubleshooting campaign issues, and reporting accurately on KPI performance.

What You Will Do
- Use data enrichment tools to pull and qualify lead data
- Follow SOPs to collect, clean, and organize data before exporting
- Upload enriched leads into outreach platforms such as Instantly or Heyreach
- Write compelling outbound copy and set up sequences independently
- Build, launch, and monitor outbound campaigns
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize outreach for higher replies and bookings
- Post jobs on job boards and export candidates into sequences
- Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) setups and automations for capture, tagging, and routing
- Support client calls to go over campaign performance, strategy, and improvements
- Report accurately on KPI performance and work to improve results
- Create process documentation, SOPs, and Loom videos for internal scaling
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay)
- Experience building and launching outbound sequences
- Excellent written English (copy creation for outbound)
- Ability to follow SOPs precisely and iterate when needed
- Client-facing experience or strong customer support background
- Excellent verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience with no-code automations
- Prior SOP creation and training documentation experience
- Experience in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong understanding of outbound metrics & optimization
