About the Role
The GTM Chief of Staff role at Elevenlabs is a high-trust, high-impact position that requires sharp strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. As a key member of the APAC team, you will work directly alongside the GM to drive revenue operations, strategy, and regional planning. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include partner management, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning, as well as supporting and coordinating on complex deal execution. You will be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the GM, ensuring that the team is aligned on company processes and following through on commitments.Elevenlabs is a fast-growing AI company that has already made a significant impact in the industry. What You Will Do
- Partner directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning
- Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the APAC team
- Support and coordinate on complex deal execution
- Sit in on AE interviews, customer meetings, representing the GM when needed
- Manage complex calendars, cross-timezone coordination, and projects
- Keep the team aligned on company processes and following through on commitments
- Identify and solve operational problems before they escalate
- Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply your own impact
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a GTM or similar role
- Strong background in Salesforce and Excel
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of revenue operations and strategy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
