About the Role
The GTM Enablement role at Elevenlabs is a critical position that will drive the company's growth and success in the APAC region. As the first enablement hire in the region, the successful candidate will inherit strong global programs and infrastructure but will be responsible for building and delivering enablement solutions tailored to the APAC market. This is a builder role that requires a deep understanding of the region's unique challenges and opportunities.The role entails working closely with local sales teams, leaders, and stakeholders to design and deliver enablement programs that meet the region's specific needs. This includes scoping regional requirements, designing program architecture, building e-learning content, and delivering live training sessions. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously improving the curriculum based on cohort feedback and ramp data.

What You Will Do
- Own full-stack enablement for the APAC region, including program architecture, e-learning content, and live training sessions
- Deliver 5-6 live sessions per cohort, every two weeks, for new sellers across India, ANZ, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and China
- Continuously improve the curriculum based on cohort feedback and ramp data
- Localize global content for APAC markets, adapting sales decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, and competitive materials for each market
- Partner with local AEs and leaders to ensure messaging lands with regional buying committees, procurement norms, and cultural expectations
- Orchestrate translation and localization vendors where needed
- Be the technical translator, ensuring that technical information is communicated effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Run biweekly onboarding sessions for new sales team members
- Measure and analyze the impact of enablement programs on sales performance and revenue growth
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, sales, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the APAC market, including its unique challenges and opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze program effectiveness
- Experience with e-learning content development and delivery
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand sales strategies and revenue growth
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with AI-driven technologies and their applications in sales and marketing
