About the Role
The GTM Enablement Lead role at BigCommerce, Inc. is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the Global GTM Enablement team, this individual will be responsible for designing, building, and iterating on scalable enablement programs that improve seller and partner productivity across the global GTM organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations, with a focus on program design and delivery.The GTM Enablement Lead will report to the Sr. Manager, Global GTM Enablement, and will work closely with Global GTM leadership to identify performance gaps and develop high-impact programs to address them. This role requires a deep understanding of the GTM organization, as well as the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

This individual will be responsible for leading structured intake and diagnosis of performance gaps, mapping and optimizing enablement systems and workflows, and developing high-impact learning plans and assets in collaboration with GTM leaders and Subject Matter Experts.
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and iterate on scalable enablement programs that improve seller and partner productivity across the global GTM organization
- Lead structured intake and diagnosis of performance gaps by analyzing dashboards, call insights, and field feedback
- Map and optimize enablement systems and workflows to automate manual tasks and increase team operational efficiency
- Develop high-impact learning plans, facilitator guides, and assets in collaboration with GTM leaders and Subject Matter Experts
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate content synthesis and localized asset production
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and package materials for global scale and adoption
- Establish structured reporting and measurement frameworks to connect enablement activities to clear business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partner, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective program delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve enablement programs and processes
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or Revenue Operations, with a focus on program design and delivery
- Strong experience building and managing enablement programs from intake through to delivery and measurement
- Proficiency with CRM/RevOps tooling, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and enablement platforms
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for workflow automation and content creation
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and program management skills
- Data-literate with the ability to diagnose business problems and measure the impact of interventions
- Strong preference toward execution and delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within an e-commerce or SaaS product environment
- Background in instructional design or educational program development
- Familiarity with advanced AI prompting, chaining tools, or automation frameworks to improve GTM efficiency

- Previous experience leading enablement for cross-functional teams (Sales, Partner, and Marketing)

- Certification in Sales Enablement or a related field
