About the Role
The GTM Enablement Lead plays a pivotal role in Openai's mission to build and deploy safe artificial general intelligence that benefits humanity. This role is crucial in building foundational processes and programs to enable the GTM team to achieve its mission of helping customers leverage and deploy Openai's AI products effectively. The GTM team at Openai is a dynamic and interdisciplinary group comprising sales, solutions, support, marketing, and partnership professionals. Together, they work towards creating valuable solutions that make AI accessible to a wide range of users. As a key player in this team, the GTM Enablement Lead will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including product, product marketing, adoption, deployment, and leadership teams, to develop and deliver enablement programs that support the GTM team's success.What You Will Do
- Define and execute the sales enablement strategy, identifying gaps and prioritizing initiatives that drive GTM team success.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop internal and external-facing collateral that supports the GTM team in selling and serving customers effectively.
- Build, manage, and automate information and collateral necessary for GTM team members to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage the regional Sales and Technical Success training calendar and conduct trainings that include new process rollouts, product launches, and other programs aimed at enhancing team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product and product marketing teams to stay updated on product developments and ensure enablement programs are aligned with product strategies.
- Develop metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and inform data-driven decisions.
- Provide feedback and coaching to GTM team members to improve their knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to continuously improve enablement strategies.
