About the Role

Elevenlabs, a pioneering AI research and product company, is seeking a highly skilled GTM Enablement - Outbound professional to join their team. As the first GTM Enablement - Outbound, you will play a crucial role in building the playbooks, training, and ramp programs that will scale the company's outbound motion, responsible for nearly 50% of new business. You will work closely with the SDR team, with reach into AEs and CSMs wherever outbound overlaps, to identify winning strategies and make them repeatable.

Day-to-day, you will be focused on auditing the outbound motion, delivering gap assessments, and identifying top patterns from high-performing SDRs to turn into repeatable programs. You will report to the GTM Enablement Lead, North America, and support a global team across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

In your first 30 days, you will have audited the outbound motion, delivered a gap assessment, reviewed the sequence library, and started building your first training or playbook with the SDR team.

What You Will Do

  • Build outbound playbooks and training for SDRs, with overlap for AEs and CSMs on shared outbound motions
  • Own SDR ramp and define what 'Pipeline Ready' looks like at Elevenlabs
  • Develop sequence strategy and messaging frameworks
  • Identify and address gaps in the outbound motion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximum impact
  • Develop and deliver regular training sessions for SDRs
  • Analyze data to inform outbound strategy and optimize performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a GTM enablement role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful outbound strategies
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and technologies
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
