About the Role
The GTM Engineer position at Peakora is a critical part of the company's mission to support businesses in the DACH region through innovative go-to-market strategies. As a key member of one of Europe's most powerful GTM engineering teams, the successful candidate will work closely with GTM experts to develop and implement holistic, AI-powered systems for clients. This role is not just about executing plans but about being a builder and problem solver, continuously identifying areas for improvement and developing new strategies.Day-to-day, the GTM Engineer will be involved in advising, supporting, and training clients on the use of these systems, as well as in proven best-practice strategies. This includes building internal AI-driven GTM systems to advance Peakora's own lead generation efforts. The role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work fully remotely and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Peakora's team is comprised of two main types of professionals: GTM Experts, who have experience scaling companies, and GTM Engineers, who are technological experts building with AI technology. This blend of expertise allows Peakora to offer comprehensive solutions that address both the strategic and technological aspects of go-to-market systems.
What You Will Do
- Develop holistic AI-powered GTM systems for clients in collaboration with GTM Experts.
- Advise and support clients in the use of these systems and in best-practice strategies.
- Train clients on how to maximize the potential of AI-driven GTM systems.
- Build internal AI-driven GTM systems to enhance Peakora's lead generation efforts.
- Continuously develop and maintain thought leadership in the rapidly evolving AI sales landscape.
- Work closely with the GTM Experts to ensure alignment and synergy between technological solutions and business strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement in current systems and develop new strategies to address these gaps.
- Collaborate with the team to stay at the forefront of the latest developments in AI sales technology.
- Participate in client project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Contribute to the development of Peakora's internal knowledge base and documentation of best practices.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in building outbound lead generation systems and working with database and signal tools.
- 2+ years of experience with Clay.com, with strong skills in building and structuring data tables.
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus, as well as additional CRM experience.
- Proven track record of managing client projects and working in an agency environment with multiple parallel projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly structured way of working, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Hands-on mentality, with a willingness to dive into the details of projects and find solutions.
- Excellent English skills, with German being a big plus.
- Strong interest in the AI sales space, with a desire to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
- High level of self-motivation, with the ability to work fully remotely and autonomously.

- Experience with AI technology and its application in sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Certification in HubSpot or other relevant CRM systems.
