About the Role
The GTM Engineer, Operations role at Unstructured Technologies is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical and operational expertise. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for owning and evolving the company's HubSpot CRM architecture, as well as building and maintaining workflow automations and custom integrations. Your primary goal will be to ensure seamless sales operations, from deal creation to renewal, and to provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, with a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM and workflow automation. You will be working closely with the sales and BizOps teams to ensure clean handoffs and to drive revenue growth. Your technical expertise will be complemented by your ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Do
- Own and evolve HubSpot CRM architecture, including deal stages, pipeline configuration, property management, record automation, and data hygiene
- Build and maintain workflow automations from deal creation to renewal, including deal stage enforcement, assignment rules, SLAs, feedback loops, and expansion routing
- Own deal desk, CPQ, and quote-to-cash processes, working with sales and BizOps to ensure clean handoffs
- Ship custom integrations and tools using AI-assisted development that solve real operational problems and run in production
- Own HubSpot onboarding and GTM tool enablement for all GTM team members, including AEs, BDRs, and cross-functional users
- Own post-deal pipeline reporting and forecasting infrastructure, including deal stage accuracy, pipeline velocity, and revenue metrics for sales leadership
- Build and maintain expansion pipeline infrastructure and renewal workflow automation, in close coordination with the GTM Engineer, Growth
- Conduct build vs. buy analysis for new tooling needs, knowing when to configure, when to integrate, and when to build
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep HubSpot CRM experience, including workflow automation, custom properties, and pipeline management
- Experience building and maintaining workflow automations, including HubSpot workflows, n8n, Zapier, or similar
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.
- Experience with deal routing, account-to-rep assignment, expansion routing, and renewal workflows
- Experience with designing systems for handoff of accounts from sales to solutions for technical implementation
- Experience with CPQ, billing integrations, or deal desk operations
- Experience with owning sales enablement processes, such as GTM team onboarding processes/automations
- Ability to run quick build vs. buy analyses, knowing when to configure, when to integrate, and when to build
- Experience with renewal processes and automations
- Strong documentation discipline, treating docs as a first-class deliverable
Nice to Have
- Experience at a developer-focused or open-source company
- Experience with Enterprise ICPs and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience with driving expansion motions alongside Growth
- Familiarity with AI-native GTM workflows and working alongside a GTM Engineer focused on signal and pipeline generation
