About the Role
The GTM Engineer role at Supabase is a unique opportunity to join a innovative company that is revolutionizing the way developers work. As a GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building automation across the GTM stack, maintaining HubSpot architecture, and developing GTM dashboards. What You Will Do
- Design and build automation across the GTM stack (HubSpot, BigQuery, Hightouch, enrichment tools) to reduce manual toil.
- Own and extend the PLS trigger infrastructure to translate product usage signals into actionable workflows.
- Maintain HubSpot architecture, including workflows, custom properties, and sequences to support evolving motions.
- Build lightweight internal tools and dashboards that provide AEs, BDRs, and CSAs with real-time account intelligence.
- Integrate AI (Claude, Gemini) into rep workflows for account research, meeting prep, and transcript summarization.
- Partner with RevOps on compensation tracking, pipeline reporting, and territory tooling.
- Develop GTM dashboards in Hex for leadership and frontline teams to monitor pipeline coverage and PLS conversion.
- Connect product data from BigQuery to the CRM to create a unified view of account health.
- Manage data enrichment pipelines to ensure contact data is accurate and actionable.
- Extend integrations across the GTM stack, specifically the sync between HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch.
- Build APIs, webhooks, and Cloud Functions to automate data flows and cross-system syncs.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, or RevOps Engineering role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience working with HubSpot (APIs, custom objects), SQL/BigQuery, and building automations with Python or Node.js.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in async or globally distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move quickly.
- Experience with applied AI in a sales context.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of data models and data architecture.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
- Experience with containerization, using Docker or Kubernetes.
