Job Description

About the Role

The GTM Engineer role at Workos is a unique opportunity for a skilled engineer to join the company's GTM org and own the systems that power prospect identification, enrichment, scoring, and engagement. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the GTM strategy and software engineering teams to design and implement custom solutions that drive business growth.

The role is hands-on, requiring a strong foundation in software engineering, as well as experience with GTM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. You will be responsible for writing production-ready code, designing database schemas, and building internal tools that the GTM team depends on daily.

What You Will Do

  • Own the systems that power prospect identification, enrichment, scoring, and engagement
  • Design and implement custom solutions using GTM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Write production-ready code in languages like TypeScript and Python
  • Design and implement database schemas to support GTM data infrastructure
  • Build internal tools that the GTM team depends on daily
  • Collaborate with the GTM strategy and software engineering teams to drive business growth
  • Maintain and improve the core enrichment pipeline, including workflows that take a new signup or conference attendee list and return a fully enriched, scored, and Salesforce-upserted record
  • Work on the fit scoring pipeline, including batching optimization, retry logic, logging, and observability
  • Build and maintain campaign and event tooling, including systems that sync event attendee lists through enrichment and into Salesforce campaigns
  • Design and implement custom tooling integration with WorkOS's internal AI agent

What We Are Looking For

  • A strong foundation in software engineering, with experience in languages like TypeScript and Python
  • Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Ability to design and implement effective database schemas
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug production incidents
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with data providers like Apollo, Linkup, and Exa
  • Knowledge of data infrastructure, including Snowflake and SFDC
  • Ability to write clean, production-ready code
