About the Role

The GTM Engineering Intern role at Transformance is a unique opportunity for individuals to dive into the heart of a revenue motion from day one. As part of a small, agile team, you will be working across the full GTM stack, from inbound to outbound strategies, and everything in between. This role is ideal for those who are intellectually curious, enjoy figuring out complex systems, and are passionate about understanding the psychology behind buyer decisions.

In this position, you will be contributing to the development of the company's revenue engine, working closely with experienced founders who have scaled startups from the ground up. The team's approach is research-driven, system-heavy, and hands-on, requiring someone who is not afraid to get into the weeds and understand the intricacies of modern B2B revenue growth.

Transformance's mission is to replace the spreadsheets and manual work that sit between an ERP and getting paid, offering a modular, AI-native solution that enterprise finance teams actually use. As a GTM Engineering Intern, you will be an integral part of this mission, helping to build the infrastructure that drives revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Research and qualify enterprise accounts and contacts using structured frameworks and multiple data sources
  • Support outbound sequences by writing messages, refining targeting logic, and monitoring performance
  • Help run the content and SEO engine, including managing the blog pipeline, developing keyword strategies, and analyzing organic traffic
  • Work on website conversion by designing landing pages, crafting copy, and optimizing CTAs to understand what drives intent
  • Contribute to the setup and optimization of marketing automation and lead intelligence systems
  • Assist with enterprise sales preparation, including account research, competitive intel, and materials for live conversations
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new strategies and approaches
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in GTM, sales, and marketing

What We Are Looking For

  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong ability to figure out complex systems and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German, Dutch, or other languages are a bonus)
  • Ability to think in cause-and-effect relationships and understand buyer psychology
  • Comfort with taking a rough brief and running with it
  • Some exposure to B2B, SaaS, sales, marketing, or finance (though not required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with GTM tooling and enterprise sales cycles (desirable but not necessary)

  • Experience with marketing automation and lead intelligence systems
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content strategy
