About the Role

Clickhouse is seeking a Manager, GTM Finance to partner with global Sales and Marketing teams, driving insight, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic finance partner to global GTM leadership team, driving growth, efficiency, and predictability.
  • Own GTM financial planning and forecasting, including headcount, pipeline conversion, and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • Build and maintain detailed driver-based models to support top-line forecasting and investment optimization.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Business Systems to ensure data accuracy and alignment between financial and operational metrics.
