As a GTM Growth Product Manager at Openai, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on building internal products, workflows, and AI capabilities that enable the GTM organization to scale with greater speed, intelligence, and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM leaders, operators, data teams, designers, and engineers, to identify and solve complex business problems.

The GTM Growth team is responsible for amplifying Openai's global user base and driving long-term product growth through data analysis, value creation, and experimentation. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy and ensuring that AI systems are integrated seamlessly into the sales process.

Openai is committed to making its innovative tools universally accessible, transcending geographic, economic, or platform barriers. As a GTM Growth Product Manager, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to driving this mission forward and creating a more equitable and connected world.

What You Will Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of the problems faced by GTM teams and customers, and identify opportunities where AI systems can improve the buying and adoption process.
  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of GTM AI systems, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Build AI-powered products that enhance pipeline generation, seller productivity, account prioritization, routing, attribution, and GTM execution.
  • Translate GTM strategy and operational needs into scalable product capabilities, PRDs, success metrics, and engineering priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, vendors, systems owners, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI systems.
  • Improve the data foundations behind GTM systems, including entity resolution, enrichment, scoring, and data movement.
  • Use experimentation, metrics, and customer feedback to measure the impact of AI systems on pipeline quality, conversion, sales efficiency, and revenue execution.
  • Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and equipped to succeed.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of product management experience across agentic systems, GTM systems, enterprise SaaS, revenue technology, or AI workflow products.
  • Strong fluency in modern GTM systems, such as Salesforce, marketing automation, lead-to-quote, enrichment, routing, attribution, billing, or customer lifecycle tools.
  • Excellent cross-functional influence, driving strategic alignment, and executive communication skills.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to prioritize product investments.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with AI systems, data analytics, and software development.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the first version of the strategy needs to be shaped, tested, and improved quickly.
  • Strong understanding of the GTM process, including sales, marketing, and customer success.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with machine learning or natural language processing.

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive salary and equity package.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous paid time off and holidays.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options.
  • Professional development opportunities, including training and conference attendance.
  • Access to cutting-edge technologies and innovative products.
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of talented professionals.

How to Stand Out

  • Develop a strong understanding of GTM systems and AI-powered tools, including Salesforce and Excel.
  • Showcase your ability to drive strategic alignment across teams and communicate complex ideas to executive stakeholders.
  • Prepare examples of how you have used data analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Highlight your experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales.
  • Be prepared to discuss your approach to driving adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities.
  • Research Openai's products and mission, and be prepared to discuss how your skills and experience align with the company's goals.
  • Prepare thoughtful questions to ask the interviewer, such as 'What are the biggest challenges facing the GTM team, and how do you see this role contributing to the solution?'
