About the Role
The GTM Lead at Flagright will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company's positioning and improving win rates in complex enterprise opportunities. As a key member of the team, the GTM Lead will work closely with the CEO and sales leadership to develop and execute GTM strategies that drive business growth. The role requires a unique blend of technical, business, and sales acumen, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.The GTM Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise sales teams, customers, and partners. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
Flagright operates as a lean, high-performance team, and the GTM Lead will be expected to take ownership of their work and contribute to the company's overall goals and objectives.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute GTM strategies that drive business growth and improve win rates
- Work closely with the CEO and sales leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise sales teams, customers, and partners
- Translate technical products into clear commercial narratives and sales playbooks
- Develop segmentation frameworks and competitive positioning to inform GTM strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including sales playbooks and case studies
- Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform GTM strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or enterprise SaaS enablement
- Experience working with enterprise sales teams and complex deal cycles
- Ability to translate technical products into clear commercial narratives
- Experience building segmentation frameworks, sales playbooks, and competitive positioning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

- Experience working with AI or fintech products
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools and technologies

- Certification in sales or marketing, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
