Job Description

## About the Role The GTM Operations Process Architect plays a critical role in driving the success of Stripe's Go-to-Market (GTM) operations. As a key member of the Central Policy and Operations team, you will own the end-to-end processes, mechanization, and automation that power territory management, account placement, segmentation, and business adjustments at scale. Your expertise will help ensure that Stripe's support tooling has a clear roadmap, processes are documented and AI-enabled, and operational systems are built to scale without adding headcount. The GTM Planning Strategy and Operations team works at the intersection of corporate planning, GTM Strategy, Product, GTM, and Regional Strategy and Operations. Your work will have a significant impact on the company's ability to land its annual rhythm in a smooth and timely manner. You will be responsible for building and landing foundations, ensuring timely delivery of budgets, territories, targets, comp plans, reporting, and enablement to GTM teams. ## What You Will Do - Own the process and tooling roadmap for Central Policy and Operations, setting short-to-medium-term strategic direction and aligning investment to areas of greatest need - Drive cross-functional initiatives across GTM, Finance Systems, and Data Engineering to align territory, quota, and adjustment data for AI enablement - Architect the path to transition off external tools toward Stripe-native tooling, building the business case, influencing resource allocation, and measuring ROI - Design and implement automation for Account Team assignments, User Segmentation updates, and Manager and Approval workflows in Salesforce to reduce manual intervention and contractor dependency - Build audit frameworks, compliance metrics, and governance processes for operational systems - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that processes are documented, automated, and optimized for scalability - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Stripe's GTM operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Work closely with the GTM Planning Strategy and Operations team to ensure alignment and effective execution of GTM plans - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including GTM leaders, product managers, and engineers - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process automation and optimization, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement ## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in process architecture, operations, or a related field, with a focus on GTM operations - Strong technical skills, particularly in Salesforce, Adjust, and other relevant tools and technologies - Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on analytical and creative thinking - Experience with process automation and optimization, including design and implementation of automated workflows - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines - Strong understanding of GTM operations, including territory management, account placement, segmentation, and business adjustments - Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including the ability to identify trends and insights - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively ## Nice to Have - Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in the context of process automation and optimization - Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Google Cloud - Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban - Certification in process architecture or a related field, such as Six Sigma or Lean ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and equity package - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - Generous PTO and holiday schedule - Remote work stipend and equipment budget - Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs - Access to a global network of professionals, including networking events and conferences - Flexible working hours and arrangement, including compressed workweeks and telecommuting options
