About the Role
The GTM Partnerships Enablement Lead role is a critical component of Openai's Go-To-Market organization, which is responsible for ensuring that customers understand, deploy, and scale AI across their businesses. This role will define and scale how Openai enables its global partner ecosystem, translating product and GTM strategy into clear, repeatable programs that empower partners to sell, deliver, and support Openai solutions effectively. The Partnerships team at Openai builds and manages a global ecosystem of strategic partners, including systems integrators, technology partners, and distributors, to accelerate customer success, enable responsible AI adoption, and extend the reach of Openai's platform. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that combines building and scaling global programs, requiring a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and collaboration.What You Will Do
- Define and lead Openai's global partner enablement strategy, aligning with the company's overall GTM priorities and objectives.
- Build and scale the partner enablement function, including team, operating model, and systems to drive partner productivity and consistent execution across regions and partner types.
- Design and operationalize repeatable programs across onboarding, activation, product launches, and GTM motions, ensuring adaptability across different regions and partner segments.
- Drive global rollout of enablement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and measurable impact.
- Develop partner readiness programs, including training, certifications, and learning pathways, to equip partners with the necessary skills and knowledge to identify, qualify, and close AI opportunities.
- Create high-quality enablement content, such as playbooks, solution guides, and messaging frameworks, to support partner success.
- Enable partners to effectively communicate Openai's value proposition and solutions to their customers, aligning with the company's GTM priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, messaging, and execution across all partner-facing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach.
- Establish metrics and dashboards to track partner activation, pipeline contribution, and program effectiveness, using data to inform future enablement strategies.
- Build feedback loops to capture partner insights and continuously improve enablement and GTM strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and improvement.
