Job Description

## About the Role The GTM Proficiency & Transformation Enablement Program Manager is a critical role at Equinix, responsible for designing and executing enablement programs that build organizational capabilities and drive adoption of processes, tools, and methodologies. This role sits within the Enablement Programs team and manages programs across the full lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and sustainment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across teams, influence key decisions, and help shape the path forward.

As a key member of the Enablement Programs team, the GTM Proficiency & Transformation Enablement Program Manager will partner with Enablement Business Partners and functional leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable solutions aligned to transformation initiatives and proficiency goals. This role requires strong ownership, initiative, and the ability to translate complex operational needs into practical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enablement, program management, operations, sales effectiveness, or a related field, with a strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.

## What You Will Do - Partner with Enablement Business Partners and stakeholders to assess capability gaps, operational challenges, and readiness needs - Define program objectives, success metrics, and target audiences - Align solutions to organizational priorities and transformation initiatives - Develop enablement proposals aligned to business priorities, capability needs, and strategic learning objectives - Recommend scalable approaches to build proficiency and improve effectiveness - Produce detailed project plans and timelines spanning design, development, implementation, rollout, and sustainment - Identify dependencies, resource requirements, and risks - Design programs that build proficiency in processes, tools, methodologies, and role expectations - Develop learning journeys, resources, and reinforcement plans - Ensure alignment with organizational standards and related initiatives - Manage program plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks - Coordinate cross-functional contributors - Ensure readiness for rollout - Partner with Enablement Services for logistics, production, and delivery - Support implementation of enablement initiatives within defined scope - Engage stakeholders to promote adoption and sustainment - Develop targeted communications to support program awareness and participation - Track participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics - Identify trends and improvement opportunities - Provide insights to stakeholders

## What We Are Looking For - 5-7 years of experience in enablement, program management, operations, sales effectiveness, or a related field - Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives - Strong stakeholder management and influence skills - Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining alignment - Experience with global programs preferred - Bachelor's degree required - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
