About the Role
The GTM Recruiter role at Stripe is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of the company's mission and values. As a member of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust and inclusive candidate pool for current and future hiring needs. This role entails developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, conducting market research, and analyzing recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategies. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies aimed at achieving headcount goals.The GTM organization at Stripe encompasses the Sales team, Marketing and Sales Development, GTM and Product Operations, and Professional Services. These teams are expanding in the region, focusing on bringing new users onto the Stripe platform, supporting existing users' scale, and growing their businesses. As a GTM Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent to drive this growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior leaders. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about talent trends
- Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing regular reports on hiring progress
- Propose and implement creative and scalable changes to the existing recruiting strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience
- Identify and engage top talent, fostering relationships with candidates
- Utilize data insights to identify trends and refine recruiting processes
- Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs
- Develop and maintain a robust and inclusive candidate pool for current and future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and effectively influence decision-making processes
- Strong drive to identify and engage top talent, fostering relationships with candidates
- Proven ability to utilize data insights to identify trends and refine recruiting processes
- Flexibility, adept at shifting tasks and priorities in response to changing circumstances
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team
