About the Role

Workos is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to join their team, aiming to double the size of their GTM org this year. The ideal candidate will have a high level of emotional intelligence, possess a strong sense of ownership, and demonstrate the ability to move with urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidates through the entire interview process, maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified passive candidates.
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes.
  • Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals.
  • Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven decisions.
