What You Will Do

  • Identify and research potential clients who are actively hiring for roles that Wing Assistant can support

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients' hiring needs, pain points, and potential fit for Wing Assistant's solutions
  • Book qualified meetings with decision-makers and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team
  • Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales performance
  • Continuously monitor and refine sales strategies based on market feedback, industry trends, and performance data
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales playbooks, messaging, and objection handling techniques
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, lead generation, or a related field
  • Proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling emails, pitches, and presentations
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, or similar CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Ability to work in a remote setting, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
