## About the Role The GTM Strategy & Operations role at Plaid is a pivotal position that requires a unique blend of analytical, strategic, and operational expertise. As part of a small team with complementary skill sets, the successful candidate will work collaboratively across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Ops, and Strategic Finance teams to drive business growth and improvement. This role is based at Plaid's San Francisco HQ, offering the opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic fintech company.
Day-to-day, this role entails supporting the revenue operations of a fast-growing Revenue team, including developing and tracking key revenue metrics, analyzing data to drive execution, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. The role requires a structured approach to problem-solving, the ability to distill complex issues into actionable plans, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

## What You Will Do - Support day-to-day revenue operations, focusing on data analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key revenue metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain an efficient operating model for the GTM Revenue team, including running monthly business reviews.
- Lead the execution and implementation of new initiatives that increase alignment and create synergies across Plaid.
- Work closely with the Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Ops, and Strategic Finance teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Identify actionable insights and assess their impact on the business.
- Drive analysis to assess GTM performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- 4-6 years of experience, including at least 2 years in business operations, revenue operations, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization.
- Proficiency with BI tools and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Experience with Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach problems in a structured manner.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of financial institutions and regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Certification in a relevant field, such as business operations or finance.
