What You Will Do

• Utilize digital skills to monitor and respond to situations
• Work closely with other law enforcement professionals to maintain public safety
• Build trust with the community through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in law enforcement and digital communications
• Respond to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex situations
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals
• Participate in training and professional development to stay current with industry trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community
• Provide exceptional customer service to the public

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in law enforcement or a related field
• Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• High level of adaptability and flexibility
• Strong sense of justice and commitment to public safety
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a remote or digital context
• Knowledge of social media and online community engagement
• Certification in a related field, such as law enforcement or emergency response
• Experience working with diverse communities and populations
• Proficiency in a second language
