About the Role

The Handyman role at Jaguar Building Services Ltd is a full-time position that requires a skilled and experienced individual to manage site tasks and maintain the overall upkeep of the premises. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the site are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be working closely with the site team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

The role is based at The Heron Residences, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role with a company that values its employees.

What You Will Do

  • Manage site tasks and maintain the overall upkeep of the premises
  • Utilize Excel skills to track and record site data and statistics
  • Work closely with the site team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing light bulbs, and reporting any defects or damage to the site
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the site are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service to site visitors and residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Report any incidents or accidents to the site manager

  • Experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to track and record data
