## What You Will Do - Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.

• Repair, replace, and install fixtures, doors, windows, flooring, and other building components as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Assist with renovation, remodeling, and facility improvement projects.
• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from clients, tenants, and property managers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
• Inspect, maintain, and properly use tools, equipment, and materials required for daily operations.
• Supervise and implement the safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate records related to waste management activities, compliance requirements, inspections, and internal audits.
• Participate in environmental, health, and safety training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives.

## What We Are Looking For - Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or in a similar facilities maintenance role.

• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair work.
• Understanding of building codes, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Capability to lift, carry, and work with tools and equipment in a variety of environments.
• Experience handling hazardous materials and waste management processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Electrician and/or plumbing license, which is considered a strong plus.
