## What You Will Do - Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.
- Repair, replace, and install fixtures, doors, windows, flooring, and other building components as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Assist with renovation, remodeling, and facility improvement projects.
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from clients, tenants, and property managers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Inspect, maintain, and properly use tools, equipment, and materials required for daily operations.
- Supervise and implement the safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate records related to waste management activities, compliance requirements, inspections, and internal audits.
- Participate in environmental, health, and safety training programs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repair work.
- Understanding of building codes, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Capability to lift, carry, and work with tools and equipment in a variety of environments.
- Experience handling hazardous materials and waste management processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Electrician and/or plumbing license, which is considered a strong plus.
- Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
- Certification in first aid and emergency response.
