About the Role
The position of Head of AI & Automations at Brandcircle GmbH represents a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in AI, automation, and data analysis to drive the company's e-commerce M&A operations forward. This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Brandcircle's services, utilizing tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and innovative automation platforms. The successful candidate will be working closely with the deal-making team to identify areas where AI and automation can significantly improve the M&A process, from initial research to deal closure. Brandcircle GmbH is an ascending e-commerce M&A boutique that focuses on advising online merchants in transactions typically ranging from 2 to 40 million euros in annual turnover. The company's mission is to provide its clients with the best possible experience through excellent results in selling their businesses. - Develop and maintain intelligent workflows using Claude, Claude Code, GPT-APIs, and other LLMs, focusing on data analysis, document creation, and buyer research.
- Build end-to-end automations with n8n and Make to scale M&A processes, including CRM integrations, email sequences, data room workflows, and reporting pipelines.
- Create custom solutions by writing code (Python, JavaScript, etc.) when no-code solutions are insufficient.
- Design automated reports and dashboards that provide real-time insights into KPIs, deal pipelines, and performance data to the team.
- Oversee the system architecture, ensuring all tools (Monday, Google Workspace, Close CRM, WhatsApp, Loom) work seamlessly together.
- Act as an innovation driver, staying updated on the latest automation and AI trends to continuously improve Brandcircle's operations.
What We Are Looking For
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n and Make, and programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience in implementing AI workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strategic mindset with the capacity to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages can be an advantage.
