About the Role
The Head of AI Solutions Delivery will play a pivotal role in Andela's rapidly scaling AI Solutions business, responsible for building and leading the operational backbone of the organization. This strategic leadership position requires a unique blend of rigorous process discipline and entrepreneurial agility, with the ability to establish world-class delivery standards while adapting to the dynamic realities of a high-growth business. As a key member of the AI Solutions team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Head of AI Solutions, AI Solutions Managers, and AI Solutions Architects to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, drive revenue growth, and maintain healthy margins.The role involves designing and implementing delivery frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures that scale AI Solutions revenue, establishing clear standard operating procedures, quality gates, and risk management protocols, and creating metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into delivery health, margin performance, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement delivery frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures that scale AI Solutions revenue
- Establish clear standard operating procedures, AI-specific quality gates, and risk management protocols
- Create metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into delivery health, margin performance, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and excellence in AI solutions delivery
- Build and lead a high-performing team of program managers, combining traditional PM rigor with technical and industry fluency
- Collaborate with AI Solutions Managers and AI Solutions Architects to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Drive revenue growth, maintain healthy margins, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI solutions delivery
