Job Description

About the Role

The Head of B2B at Hilo by Aktiia is a pivotal role that will lead and scale the company's commercial engine, driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships across Europe. As a seasoned B2B professional, you will own the commercial strategy and execution, working closely with the leadership team to shape the future of Hilo's growth.

Day-to-day, you will focus on building and scaling the B2B function, driving healthcare professional activation, and working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Medical Affairs, and Marketing. Your experience in MedTech, Digital Health, or a similarly regulated industry will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of this role.

What You Will Do

  • Own revenue and commercial growth, establishing a repeatable and scalable commercial business
  • Drive healthcare professional activation, building and scaling programs that move healthcare professionals from awareness to active recommendation of Hilo
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Build and lead the B2B function, including strategy, growth, partnerships, and commercial execution
  • Establish clear commercial processes, forecasting, and performance management
  • Identify, prioritize, and close high-value partnerships across healthcare professionals, pharmacies, healthcare systems, payers, wholesalers, and other healthcare channels
  • Own commercial targets and revenue outcomes, driving pricing, account prioritization, and commercial decision-making within agreed frameworks
  • Develop measurable activation metrics and reporting, creating a scalable framework for engagement, onboarding, and long-term advocacy
  • Partner closely with the leadership team to shape the future of Hilo's growth

What We Are Looking For

  • Significant experience building and scaling B2B commercial functions within MedTech, Digital Health, Healthcare, Pharma, Diagnostics, or similarly regulated industries
  • Strong track record of owning commercial targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience selling into healthcare systems, healthcare providers, healthcare professionals, payers, or adjacent healthcare channels
  • Demonstrated ability to build something new rather than simply operate an existing structure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work hands-on in a fast-moving scale-up environment
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
  • Comfortable operating within regulated industries, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances involved

  • Experience with medical devices, particularly those related to blood pressure management
