Job Description

About the Role

The Head of Consulting will lead Huble's Consulting practice, ensuring the delivery of innovative and high-quality consulting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Consulting team, managing and mentoring Consulting Pod Leads
  • Define and maintain consulting standards, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Oversee consulting delivery and quality, acting as a senior escalation point for complex client delivery challenges
  • Drive operational excellence, overseeing the operational health of the Consulting department and continuously improving processes
