Job Description

About the Role

The Head of Consumer Marketing will lead the development and execution of Stripe's consumer marketing strategy for its Link product. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the ability to drive engagement through multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and manage execution of Link’s integrated consumer marketing strategy
  • Manage a team of marketers and make critical hires
  • Define target market, segments, addressable audience, and target penetration
  • Allocate marketing budget for all campaigns and report out regularly on its ROI
