About the Role

The Head of Content at OnTheGoSystems will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's content strategy, leveraging their expertise in digital marketing, remote work, and content operations to drive business outcomes. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's business goals
  • Write and edit high-quality content across formats, including landing pages, product pages, articles, tutorials, and emails
  • Conduct research to identify customer problems and develop content that addresses these needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, support, and development, to ensure content is informed by customer insights and industry trends
  • Use SEO, GEO, analytics, and AI-search visibility to guide content decisions and measure performance
  • Build AI-assisted workflows to improve content production efficiency while maintaining quality
  • Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy and reliability
  • Own content end-to-end, from research and production to publishing and analysis
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent and timely publication of high-quality content
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, AI, and SEO

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience working in a product IT company, with a demonstrated ability to create content that drives business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of content operations, including research, production, publishing, and analysis
  • Experience using AI in practical production workflows, beyond simple prompting
  • Ability to manage people, collaborate across teams, or lead content initiatives
  • Comfort with experimenting, building processes, and improving systems without waiting for perfect structure
  • Strong judgment and business acumen, with the ability to think like an operator and strategist
  • Experience with SEO, GEO, and analytics tools, with the ability to use data to inform content decisions
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across formats
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with content management systems and workflow tools
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
