About the Role
The Head of Creative Campaigns at Weflow is a pivotal role that will elevate the company's marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a creative and strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that capture the attention of revenue teams and leave a lasting impression. Your expertise in GTM and Salesforce will be essential in driving pipeline impact and measuring campaign success.The role is part of a dynamic team that values creativity, experimentation, and collaboration. You will have the autonomy to try new approaches, test innovative formats, and push the boundaries of what is possible in B2B marketing. With an existing foundation of engaged audiences, thought leadership content, and a strong Revenue AI Platform, you will have a solid starting point to build upon and take Weflow's marketing efforts to the next level.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute creative campaign concepts across events, content, social, partnerships, and emerging formats
- Plan and run events of all shapes and sizes, including intimate executive roundtables, community meetups, and virtual summits
- Take campaigns from concept to launch, including briefing, producing, coordinating, distributing, and reporting
- Identify and pursue distribution opportunities, such as community partnerships, media collaborations, and influencer engagement
- Collaborate with the founding team to turn product news and market moments into compelling campaign hooks
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including GTM teams, designers, and external partners
- Drive campaign measurement and analysis to inform future marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record of producing creative campaigns or events that drive real buzz and pipeline impact
- Strong creative instincts, paired with operational discipline to deliver results
- Ability to move quickly, adapt to changing circumstances, and figure things out with minimal guidance
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in briefing designers and working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English, with strong attention to detail and ability to craft compelling copy
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, although not necessary, is a plus
- Familiarity with GTM and Salesforce, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2C marketing, with a background in building campaigns that drive word-of-mouth and viral engagement
- Knowledge of emerging marketing trends, such as AI-powered marketing automation and account-based marketing
- Familiarity with design tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience working with designers to bring creative concepts to life
