TNT Growth is looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to architect, own, and defend its measurement ecosystem. The company specializes in driving explosive growth for businesses of all sizes and has spent over $200M on ads to pinpoint what drives success.

Responsibilities

  • Own measurement truth and ensure TNT Growth scales intelligently, confidently, and profitably
  • Architect and defend the company's measurement ecosystem end-to-end
  • Create a foundation where strategy is grounded in reality, learning compounds, and teams move decisively

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading analytics at scale across multiple brands and channels
  • Ability to build systems, not just dashboards
  • Understanding of attribution as an operational reality, not just theory

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel
  • Ability to sit in executive rooms and lead the conversation
