About the Role

Nooks is seeking a Head of Design to lead the design vision and execution across the entire Nooks product.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design vision and execution across the entire Nooks product
  • Lead a small team of designers and establish design systems and culture for scale

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product design experience
  • Experience managing designers
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX, product thinking, and visual design
  • Experience designing complex SaaS products or workflow tools
  • Ability to move fluidly between high-level product strategy and hands-on design execution

Nice to Have

  • Track record of building and scaling design teams in fast-growing startups
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with product, engineering, and GTM teams

How to Stand Out

  • Develop a strong portfolio showcasing your UX, product thinking, and visual design skills, with examples of complex SaaS products or workflow tools.
