About the Role
The Head of Digital and Growth Marketing at Kami is a pivotal role that will drive the company's digital marketing strategy forward. As a leader in the marketing team, this person will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans that drive acquisition, activation, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, search, and email, as well as experience with marketing automation and analytics tools.The successful candidate will lead a small in-house team and coordinate with external partners to drive digital marketing efforts. This will involve managing multiple stakeholders, prioritizing projects, and ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that drive acquisition, activation, and growth
- Lead a small in-house team and coordinate with external partners to drive digital marketing efforts
- Manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize projects, and ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns and programs
- Analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure that all marketing efforts are integrated and effective
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize marketing automation and analytics tools to ensure that all marketing efforts are data-driven and effective
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's target audience, including their needs, preferences, and behaviors
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or SaaS marketing leadership roles
- Proven experience with ABM/ABN campaigns, growth experiments, CRO, and lifecycle engagement
- Experience managing marketing technology stacks, CMS, automation, analytics, or orchestrating technical teams
- Strong team leadership, mentorship, and ability to coordinate contractors or agencies
- Experience scaling digital acquisition and lifecycle programs at large scale (B2B or PLG)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid social, search, and email
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
- Ability to analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly

- Experience working in the education technology industry
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and lean startup principles
- Experience with data-driven decision making and experimentation
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience design
