About the Role
The Head of Digital Assets role is a key position in our client's Singapore-based fintech group, focusing on driving revenue growth through the expansion of institutional and enterprise adoption of digital asset and blockchain-based payment solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech and crypto markets, as well as a strong network in digital assets, payments, or institutional finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.As a senior member of the team, the Head of Digital Assets will play a critical role in shaping the company's sales and business development strategy, working closely with the leadership team to drive growth and expansion. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- 7-12+ years of experience in sales and business development within the fintech, crypto, or financial services industries
- Strong network in digital assets, payments, or institutional finance
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expansion
- Good understanding of blockchain, crypto markets, and payment use cases
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
