About the Role

The Head of Emerging Markets at SentiLink will be the driving force behind expanding the company's reach into new, untapped markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to build and scale high-performing teams. The successful candidate will have a strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to communicate complex solutions to various stakeholders.

The role is critical for SentiLink's mission to empower transactions with confidence through innovative identity and risk solutions. As such, the Head of Emerging Markets will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Executive teams to ensure a cohesive strategy that aligns with the company's vision.

Given the nature of this position, experience working in high-growth startup environments is crucial. The ability to navigate the fast-paced and often unpredictable landscape of emerging markets, while maintaining strong operational discipline, is key to success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for emerging markets, focusing on high-growth potential areas.
  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve market penetration and revenue goals.
  • Establish and leverage a strong network of contacts within and outside traditional banking and financial services ecosystems to drive business development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure market feedback is integrated into product development, enhancing the company's competitive edge.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with emerging market needs and opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and GTM execution.
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals, often in competitive or turnaround situations.
  • Represent SentiLink in industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting the company's brand and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in target markets.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, preferably in fintech, SaaS, fraud, identity, or adjacent technology markets.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling teams, new markets, products, or business lines.
  • Strong network and credibility outside traditional banking and financial services ecosystems.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and storytelling ability.
  • Highly consultative sales approach with strong product and technical acumen.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Executive teams.
  • Track record of winning complex enterprise deals, including competitive or turnaround situations.
  • Strong operational discipline around pipeline management, forecasting, and GTM execution.
  • Experience operating in high-growth startup environments.
