About the Role
The Head of Growth and Lifecycle at Leapsome will be responsible for architecting and leading the company's growth engine, leveraging AI augmentation to drive efficiency, velocity, and ROI. This role entails developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, bridging the gap between initial acquisition and long-term customer retention. The successful candidate will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with roadmap priorities.As a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, the Head of Growth and Lifecycle will own the revenue and pipeline mandate, driving brand awareness and measurable revenue success in a competitive space. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach, with a focus on building a modern, AI-augmented growth engine that can unlock the company's next phase of maturity.

What You Will Do
- Architect and lead the AI-augmented growth engine, reimagining marketing for the AI era
- Own the revenue and pipeline mandate, taking full accountability for the predictable delivery of Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) and qualified pipeline
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, driving brand awareness and measurable revenue success
- Bridge the gap between initial acquisition and long-term customer retention, building lifecycle programs that unlock upsell opportunities and drive platform adoption
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with roadmap priorities
- Lead and empower a high-performing team of growth experts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Design market-focused GTM strategies tailored to SMB and Mid-Market segments
- Master the full buyer journey, ensuring seamless transitions between marketing, sales, and customer success
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive GTM excellence and revenue growth
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in a growth-oriented company
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and pipeline development
- Strong expertise in GTM, Excel, and AI-augmented marketing
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the buyer journey and customer lifecycle
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making

- Experience in the HR tech industry, preferably with a People platform
- Knowledge of autonomous workflows and predictive lead scoring
